Alana Beaubrun is an HR Executive with 28 years of HR experience. She has a true passion for Human Resources and absolutely loves what she does. 

Alana worked in executive HR positions at Methanex Corporation, Angostura, Nestle and also as an HR Business Partner in the United Kingdom as well as early career positions at the Royal Bank of Trinidad & Tobago. 

She has an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of West London and a BSc in Sociology & Management from the University of the West Indies. She is also a Certified Member of the British Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, CIPD. 

Alana was awarded the Maxine Barnett Award for HR Excellence from the Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago (HRMATT) in Nov 2022 at their Inaugural Legacy Awards. 

Alana was also a Member of the Board of Directors of Angostura Holdings Ltd from 2019- 2023 and served as the Chairman of the HR Committee. She enjoys speaking engagements has presented to multiple audiences at AMCHAM, TTMA, HRMATT and ECA conferences on various HR topics.   

She is also a member of the Adjunct Faculty of the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, currently lecturing in the Masters of Human Resource programme.

She formed Harmony HR in order to help smaller business in the HR space to ensure good people practices and improved company results.
